Providing a strong voice for Maryland's nonpublic school community
Welcome to Maryland CAPE
Welcome to website of the Maryland chapter of the Council for American Private Education - CAPE. Since its founding in 1971, CAPE has worked tirelessly to preserve and promote educational pluralism so that parents across America have a choice in the schooling of their children. By extension, Maryland CAPE has similarly served the citizens of Maryland providing a strong and united voice for Maryland's nonpublic school community and conveying their needs and interests to elected officials in Maryland.
Join us for the Annual Spring Breakfast
Please join nonpublic school leaders, administrators, and educators at our annual Spring Breakfast. We are honored to welcome Maryland's State Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Lillian Lowery to the nonpublic school community. The breakfast will be held on May 22, 2013 at the Weinberg Jewish Community Center in Baltimore from 9 - 11 am.
Maryland CAPE will now keep your school and your school community informed of relevant education issues on both the state and national front while advocating for these benefits in the Maryland General Assembly. Register to join Maryland CAPE today.
